## About
Sunny Ridge RV Park offers 40 roomy full-hookup sites (water, sewer, and electric with 20/30/50 amp options selectable at booking) with green lawns, big-rig access, free Wi-Fi, hot showers, on-site laundry, and EV charging. It is a small, owner-operated park focused on a quiet, comfortable stay and easy access to the remote high-desert landscapes of southeastern Oregon. Site manager Richard lives on-site and greets guests. Note: sites are not pull-through.

## Rates (subject to change — confirm on Campspot)
- RV site nightly: $49 (includes 1 RV, 1 vehicle/tow, 2 adults, 2 children under 13, 2 pets)
- RV site weekly: $275
- RV site monthly: $600 (tenant pays electric; approved case-by-case)
- Extras: $10 each per night (additional vehicle, person over 13, tent with RV, early check-in/late departure)
- Trailer rental (18' Zinger Lite): $95/night, 2 people, 1 vehicle, $30 cleaning fee, pets case-by-case, call with breed and weight
- Discounts: 7+ nights 5% off, 30+ nights 10% off

## EV Charging
NEMA 14-50A (50 amp). Open Tuesdays–Saturdays 9 AM – 6 PM, no reservation needed. $20 for up to 2 hours, $10 each additional hour, includes Wi-Fi and restroom access. The nearest other charging station is about 1.25 hours away.
