A note on the setting
Green lawns and big quiet, with the high desert all around. It's the kind of place where you actually hear the evening. Jordan Valley is one of the most remote towns in Oregon, so bring your groceries and supplies; there's a gas station, convenience store, and Rockhouse Coffee not far from camp.
