A few clear policies so your stay is smooth and worry-free.
All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date (15 days for monthly stays) for a full refund, minus a $20 transaction fee ($100 for monthly). No refunds or credits will be made for early departure. Camping is an experience in nature — no refunds will be given due to weather, bugs, or general discomfort.
RV sites are pet-friendly — your nightly rate includes up to 2 pets. Please note our trailer rentals are not available to guests with pets.
You'll receive two emails when you book: a receipt and a confirmation. Please print your confirmation and bring it with you — it has your site number, the Wi-Fi password, and the washroom door codes. T-Mobile is currently the only cell carrier with service in Jordan Valley, so a printed copy is the surest way to have what you need when you arrive. Early check-in and late departure are available as a $10 add-on.
